The quality assurance process begins with careful scrutiny of the IFC drawings and each individual structure.  From there, we complete a thorough inspection of each assembly after fit up.  Each assembly's welds are visually inspected and we, again, verify compliance to the drawings.  We do one last inspection after galvanizing, prior to shipping, to ensure overall quality.  

We utilize precision plate CNC burning and drilling and label every assembly with a highly visible metal tag for ease of identification in the field.  All this guarantees a smooth installation on site.

Our team of welders have been with the organization for an average of 10+ years taking personal responsibility for the quality of our fabrication and are tested annually to AWS D 1.1 certification.
